The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving Starter measures 96" wide by 24" deep by 120" high and includes a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility for various height, width, and depth requirements. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, featuring front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring structural security and eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, which is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, complete the design.
