The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization, and the open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage to improve fire safety. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing supports the entire structure and is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, facilitating quick expansion and more stable joining of units compared to bolting starter units together.
