The SC Preferred™ 3-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, making it suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving features durable roll-formed steel framing, double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural security. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is simple by joining units to achieve greater stability without additional bolting.
