The SC Preferred 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features a max storage weight capacity of 1000 lbs. per level and durable, adaptable construction with sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the setup requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for easy assembly. This unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, preventing back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick, made of stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and white laminated surface, with the particle board shipping in two pieces.
