The Vantage® 322 is a versatile welder/generator offering up to 400 amps of welding output and 11 kW of auxiliary power. It features a compact design and multi-process welding capabilities, allowing operators to tackle a wide range of tasks, including stick or wire welding and powering jobsite tools. The machine supports five basic process modes: CC-stick, downhill pipe, DC touch start TIG®, CV-wire, or arc gouging mode, maximizing output for up to 5/16 in. (8.0 mm) carbon rods. The generator output provides up to 11 kW of continuous three-phase power for running industrial tools such as plasma cutters and pumps. It utilizes patented Chopper® technology for premium arc performance with minimized spatter, enhancing both welding and gouging performance. Engineered for reliability, the Vantage 322 is built tough to withstand the most challenging job site conditions and harsh environments. It is powered by a 22 hp, naturally aspirated Kubota® diesel engine, which operates smoothly and quietly while meeting EPA Tier 4 final compliance. Innovative features include a lockable and removable sliding access door for servicing the engine and internal components, a battery drawer on the front for quick access, and a top-mounted radiator cover for convenient servicing. This welder/generator is designed for extended operation between fuel fill-ups, making it efficient for both construction teams and rental fleets.
