The kit is designed for use with a wide range of available 3 phase input power and features an easy one-knob process selection system. It boasts fast arc response for smooth arc action and consistent bead appearance, along with user weld schedule memory storage that allows easy recall of critical welding procedures when used with compatible feeders, specifically the Power Feed® and Flex Feed® 84 wire feeders. The synergic one-knob control over wire feed speed and voltage is also available with the Power Feed wire feeders. Engineered for reliability, the components are designed to operate cool in high temperature environments and are rated IP23 for outdoor and harsh conditions, including a Desert Duty® rating for extreme temperatures up to 55°C. The system is flexible, ideal for large diameter wire or stick welding on thick materials, and is compatible with most Lincoln Electric® feeders, including bench and boom models, portable across-the-arc models, as well as CrossLinc™ or ArcLink®-equipped models, providing premium multi-process arc characteristics across DC wire, stick, and TIG processes. Additionally, the CrossLinc™ technology compatibility allows for full functionality without control cables, enabling remote procedure settings at the feeder to enhance weld quality while increasing arc time and improving safety by reducing jobsite clutter. The system features four arcs with a maximum output of 800A in a transportable protective inverter rack and supports multiple processes including Stick (SMAW), gouging (CAC-A), flux-cored (FCAW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), flux-cored self-shielded (FCAW-S), flux-cored gas-shielded (FCAW-G), and submerged arc welding.
