The X-Tractor® Mini is a lightweight, high vacuum portable fume extraction system specifically designed to filter particulate and remove welding fumes, making it suitable for light-duty welding applications. This system features a quiet operation of less than 80 dB(A), ensuring minimal noise while working in confined and hard-to-reach spaces. It efficiently removes weld fume particulate with a large surface area coverage and boasts a 99.7% filter unit efficiency. Its durable construction and compact size enhance portability, allowing for use in various environments. The Mini includes a current sensor for automatic start/stop capability based on sensed welding current, multiple extraction settings to adjust CFM according to environmental conditions, and a carbon brush system that monitors and alerts brush consumption after 750 run hours. The extraction performance is easily observable through a system airflow check. The kit comes complete with an 8 ft. (2.4 mm) extraction hose with an adapter (1-3/4 in. [45 mm] I.D.), a Longlife-H main filter, a HEPA filter, two carbon brushes and seals for the motor, and an EN 20 extraction nozzle.
