Super strong 3M™ 4959 VHB™ tape provides the simplicity of a tape fastener with incredible strength that in many situations replaces rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, liquid adhesives, and other permanent fasteners. This tape can be used to attach stiffeners, bond aluminum skin to steel support of trucks, vans, and ambulances, bond architectural signs to frames, and serves as a general-purpose adhesive on both sides of firm type foam. It features moisture, solvent, and UV resistance, with a polyester film liner, white acrylic foam, and an acrylic adhesive. The temperature range for this tape is -40° F to 200° F and it is compliant with UL746C.
