Super Strong 3M™ 4905 Clear Acrylic VHB™ Tape provides the simplicity of a tape fastener with incredible strength that often replaces rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, liquid adhesives, and other permanent fasteners. This tape is colorless, making it ideal for bonding transparent materials or in applications where a colored bond line is unacceptable. The tape is specifically designed for sealing skylight inner and outer domes, mounting backlit translucent signs, or edge-bonding resin-filled glass. It is recommended for use with glass and acrylics and offers moisture, solvent, and UV resistance. The temperature range for this tape is from -40° F to 200° F. The product features a red polyethylene film liner and a clear acrylic with acrylic adhesive.
