Super strong 3M™ 4932 VHB™ tape provides the simplicity of a tape fastener with incredible strength that can often replace rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, liquid adhesives, and other permanent fasteners. VHB™ joining systems utilize firm acrylic adhesives with excellent long-term holding power. The peel adhesion and tensile holding power of products in the VHB™ family are significantly higher than typical pressure-sensitive tape products. The tape is resistant to moisture, solvents, temperature extremes, and UV light, making it suitable for various interior and exterior applications. It is designed to bond powder-painted metal stiffeners, polypropylene, polystyrene, and coated metals, and it operates within a temperature range of -40° F to 160° F. The product features a kraft paper liner and consists of white acrylic foam with a rubber adhesive.
