3M™ Scotch® 9425 removable double sided film tape features a permanent adhesive on one side and a repositionable adhesive on the other, making it suitable for applications that require parts to be repositioned or removed easily. The tape includes a medium tack adhesive on the back side, which facilitates easy removal from various foils and films without leaving adhesive residue, and can often be reused multiple times, though users should conduct specific tests to confirm suitability for their particular applications. The face side is equipped with a high tack or "permanent" adhesive, while the tape itself is made of PVC and features a 58# natural polycoated kraft release liner with a 3" core size. Additionally, the moisture stable liner enhances part processing and eases liner removal. The polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability, improved handling for die cutting and laminating, and higher temperature resistance.
