3M™ Scotch® 9425 removable double sided film tape features a permanent adhesive on one side and a repositionable adhesive on the other, making it ideal for applications where one or both parts require easy repositioning or removal. This tape includes a medium tack adhesive on the back side, which allows for easy removal from various foils and films without leaving adhesive residue, and can often be reused multiple times, although users should conduct specific tests to ascertain its suitability for their applications. The face side of the tape features a high tack or "permanent" adhesive. Constructed from PVC, the tape utilizes a 58# natural polycoated kraft release liner with a 3" core size, while the moisture stable liner enhances the processing of parts and simplifies liner removal. The polyester film carrier of 3M® tape 9425HT offers dimensional stability and improved handling for die cutting and laminating, as well as higher temperature resistance.
