The Super Strong 3M™ F9473PC VHB™ tape combines the simplicity of a tape fastener with remarkable strength, effectively replacing traditional fasteners such as rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, and liquid adhesives in many applications. This tape features a clear transfer tape that effectively bonds to smooth, flat metal surfaces and boasts high shear strength adhesive. It is resistant to moisture, UV, and solvents, making it suitable for various environments. With a 3-inch core, it operates effectively in a temperature range from -40°F to 300°F. The product includes a polycoated kraft liner with a clear acrylic adhesive and complies with UL746C standards. The kit includes 3M™ VHB™ adhesive transfer tapes F9460PC, F9469PC, and F9473PC, which utilize the high-performance 3M™ adhesive 100MP known for its excellent long-term holding power and significantly higher adhesion strength compared to typical pressure-sensitive adhesive systems.
