This kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Datamax thermal transfer ribbons that are wax-based, measuring 4-5/16" x 1181', with 24 ribbons per case. Key features include a Printhead Saver® and anti-static back coating, which are designed to extend the life of thermal printheads. The ribbon's performance characteristics enable printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, resulting in reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy usage. It delivers dark, high-definition printed output for rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols, while being durable and smudge resistant. The ribbons are also highly sensitive, allowing for lower print temperatures and capable of printing at speeds of up to 12 inches per second (IPS). The kit is specifically optimized for Datamax printers.
