This kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Datamax thermal transfer ribbons that are wax-based, measuring 2" x 1181', with 36 ribbons per case. Key features include a Printhead Saver® and an anti-static back coating that helps to extend the life of thermal printheads. The ribbon's performance characteristics enable printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, leading to reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy usage. It is capable of delivering dark, high-definition rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols while being durable and smudge resistant. The ribbon is highly sensitive, allowing for lower print temperatures, and can print at speeds of up to 12 inches per second (IPS). The compatible printer type is Datamax.
