The kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Datamax thermal transfer ribbons that are wax-based, measuring 2-1/2" x 1181', with a packaging quantity of 36 per case. Key features include a Printhead Saver® and an anti-static back coating that work together to extend the life of thermal printheads. The ribbon's performance characteristics enable printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, which contribute to reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy usage. It is capable of delivering dark, high-definition rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols, and is durable and smudge resistant. Additionally, it is highly sensitive, allowing for lower print temperatures and the ability to print at higher speeds of up to 12 inches per second (IPS). The compatible printer type is Datamax.
