The kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Zebra thermal transfer ribbons with a wax formulation, measuring 4-5/16" x 984', packaged with 24 ribbons per case. Key features include Printhead Saver® technology and an anti-static back coating, both of which are specifically engineered to extend the lifespan of thermal printheads. The ribbons exhibit performance characteristics that facilitate printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, which leads to reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy consumption. They deliver high-definition output for rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols, ensuring durability and smudge resistance. The ribbons are highly sensitive, allowing for lower print temperatures, and are capable of printing at speeds of up to 12 inches per second (IPS). The suitable printer type for these ribbons is Zebra.
