The Traction Mats are designed to provide a durable solution to prevent slips, trips, and falls across various environments, including high foot and vehicle traffic areas such as those with fork trucks. As part of the Spilfyter® Preferred Products Program, these mats utilize cling technology on their bottom layer to adhere securely to surfaces, allowing for easy repositioning when necessary. The durable top layer is maintenance-friendly, as it can be vacuumed, swept, or mopped, enhancing longevity. The mats offer continuous walk-off coverage for entrances and walkways without any gaps, ripples, or overlaps, ensuring safety by minimizing hazards. They are ADA compliant, making them suitable for use with wheelchairs and walkers, and are significantly lighter than traditional rubber-backed mats, reducing the physical strain when changing them. Additionally, these mats can be customized in size for transition areas and spots prone to leaks or spills, effectively absorbing a wide range of oil and water-based spills. It is important to note that once the mat has absorbed approximately 1 gallon (3.78 liters) of fluid per square meter, it should be replaced within 14 days for optimal performance.
