Valley Craft's® Box Dumper features a 230V power supply, a chute measuring 51" x 48", a dump height of 60", and a robust capacity of 6,000 lbs., making it an efficient solution for dumping materials while minimizing employee fatigue and the risk of injury. The unit is compatible with a range of containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute designed for containers up to 51"W x 48"D. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar adjustable from 30" to 56" in height in 2" increments, ensuring container security during operation. Constructed with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, the Box Dumper is built for rigorous use and allows for bolting directly to the floor via pre-drilled mounting holes for increased stability. Operation is facilitated by a convenient hand-held corded pendant that is 20' long with a magnetic back and can be mounted on either side of the unit. The pendant completes the powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds and features gravity return. Safety is enhanced with decals along the chute and the ability to stop and start at any point during the dumping process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system provides smooth operation while balancing load strain on the cylinders for longevity. Loading is easily performed manually or with a pallet jack. The unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. The durable construction includes a premium powder coat paint finish in green, and all products are shipped fully assembled and ready to use, proudly made in the U.S.A.
