Valley Craft's® box dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute 6,000 lb capacity 72" dump height) is designed to efficiently dump materials while minimizing employee fatigue and injury. It accommodates containers up to 36"W x 36"D and features a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The unit has a dump height of 72" and a load capacity of 6,000 lbs, with side walls and body constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel for maximum durability. It can be bolted to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. The dumper is operated via a hand-held corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, allowing for a complete powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds, and includes a gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander awareness, while the dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation and load balance, prolonging the unit's life. The chute is elevated 12" above the ground for easy loading with a forklift. This unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor, with a standard rating of 6 DPH. The premium powder coat paint finish in green enhances its longevity, and all products are shipped fully assembled and made in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards (sold separately).
