Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V, 51 x 48" chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, 36" dump height) is designed to efficiently dump material, reducing employee fatigue and injury. This box dumper accommodates a variety of containers such as Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons with a chute size suitable for containers up to 51"W x 48"D. It features a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The unit's construction includes heavy-duty 7 gauge steel for durability, and it can be bolted directly to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added stability. Operation is facilitated by a hand-held corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, allowing the powered dump cycle to complete in under 60 seconds with a gravity return function. The system includes safety decals on the chute to enhance operator awareness, and the ability to stop and start at any point during the dump process. The premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while balancing load and strain on cylinders for longevity. Loading is manageable either manually or with a standard pallet jack. The dumper operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. With a premium powder coat finish in green, these units are built for long-term use and shipped fully assembled and ready-to-use in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards, sold separately.
