Valley Craft's® Box Dumper features a 230V motor with a 4,000 lb. capacity and a 72" dump height, designed to effortlessly dump material while enhancing efficiency and reducing employee fatigue. The chute accommodates containers up to 36"W x 36"D and includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, the unit provides durability for rigorous use and can be anchored to the floor through predrilled mounting holes for added stability. Operation is simplified with a 20' corded pendant that features a magnetic back and is equipped with a holder for easy installation on either side of the unit, completing the powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds with a gravity return. Safety features include decals along the chute to enhance awareness and the capability to stop and start the unit at any point during the dumping process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation by balancing load and strain on the cylinders, thus extending the service life of the unit. It allows for easy loading with a forklift, as the chute is elevated 12" above ground. The unit operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. Finished in a premium powder coat paint in green, the dumper is shipped fully assembled and ready for immediate use, manufactured in the U.S.A.
