Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute, 2,000 lb. capacity, 48" dump height) is designed to improve efficiency in dumping materials while reducing employee fatigue and injury. It accommodates a variety of containers including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons with chute dimensions of 36"W x 36"D. The spring-loaded hold down bar secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The unit features a heavy-duty 7 gauge steel construction, ensuring durability for rigorous use and can be bolted to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety. Operation is facilitated by a hand-held corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back and included pendant holder, allowing for a powered dump cycle of less than 30 seconds and featuring gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander protection, and the unit allows for stopping and starting at any point during the dump process. It includes a premium single flow hydraulic control valve system for smooth operation and load balance, and loading containers can be manually or with a standard pallet jack. Powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor, it has a standard rating of 12 DPH. The Box Dumper features a premium powder coat paint finish in green, is shipped fully assembled and ready to use, and all products are made in the U.S.A.
