Valley Craft's® Box Dumper, featuring a 230V motor with a 2HP output, has a 6,000 lb. capacity and a 48" dump height, making it an efficient solution for dumping material while reducing employee fatigue or injury. The unit is designed to accommodate containers up to 51"W x 48"D, including various Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height and is adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, it ensures durability under rigorous use. The box dumper operates via a convenient hand-held corded pendant with a 20' pigtailed cord and magnetic back, allowing for operation from either side of the unit. The dump cycle is completed in less than 60 seconds and features a gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander awareness, and users can stop and start the unit at any time during the dump process. The premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while balancing load strain on the cylinders, enhancing the unit's longevity. Loading containers can be performed manually or with a standard pallet jack. This fully assembled, ready-to-use product features a premium powder coat paint finish in green and is made in the U.S.A.
