The SC Preferred Emergency Mixing Valve precisely blends hot and cold water to deliver a consistent tepid temperature, maintaining a high flow rate in both normal and bypass modes. It is compatible with eyewash stations, drench showers, and dual-purpose eyewash/drench hose assemblies. Constructed from durable brass, this valve supplies tempered water to emergency wash fixtures and automatically shuts off completely if cold water is lost to prevent scalding. It features a wide inlet temperature range and a low minimum flow requirement, suitable for various climates and ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and laboratories. The valve has a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI and includes inlet and outlet connections of 1/2" x 14 NPT.
