The Bisley® Extreme Cold Collection by PIP® is designed for workers in extreme cold temperatures and cold storage environments, utilizing high-performance materials for superior thermal protection against harsh climate conditions. The collection includes jackets, bibs, and coveralls featuring waterproof polyester ripstop 300D with a PU coating and 20.26oz of multi-layer insulation, which incorporates 10.62oz of DuPont™ Sorona® Aura insulation to ensure warmth in temperatures as low as -51°F (-46°C). Key features comprise heavy-duty adjustable elastic shoulder straps with buckle closures, double-layered knees for enhanced durability, long side leg vents with zipper and press snap closures, twin chest zip pockets, and two front angled pockets. Additionally, the garments are equipped with reflective double hoop taping on the lower leg and provide 50+ UPF sun protection. While the apparel is not compliant when worn alone, it satisfies Class 3 requirements when paired with Class 2 apparel, and ANSI Class E applies to retro-reflective pants or shorts designed to be worn with Class 2 or Class 3 tops. This collection promotes sustainability with its extended life, being reusable and launderable, minimizing waste in landfills and reducing environmental impact.
