The Bisley® Extreme Cold Collection by PIP® is designed to provide workers in extreme cold temperatures and cold storage environments with advanced thermal protection. This collection includes jackets, bibs, and coveralls crafted from waterproof polyester ripstop 300D with a PU coating. Each piece features 20.26 oz of multi-layer insulation, including 10.62 oz of DuPont™ Sorona® Aura insulation, ensuring warmth in conditions down to -51°F (-46°C). The apparel includes a heavy-duty adjustable elastic shoulder strap with buckle closure, double-layered knees for enhanced durability, long side leg vents with zippers and press snap closures, twin chest zip pockets, and two front angled pockets. Additionally, it boasts reflective double hoop taping on the lower leg and 50+ UPF sun protection. While the garments are not compliant when worn alone, they satisfy Class 3 requirements when combined with Class 2 apparel, as ANSI Class E is applicable to retro-reflective equipped pants or shorts designed for use with Class 2 or Class 3 tops. The collection is designed for extended life, being reusable and launderable, which contributes to reducing costs and minimizing environmental impact.
