Ideal for use in electrical, utilities, petrochemical, oil, gas, mining, and welding industries, this product features an Arc rating of ATPV 13.1 cal/cm² and is made from 10.5oz FR denim with 2% spandex, which enhances mobility and comfort. It includes contrast topstitching using aramid high tenacity FR thread, with all metal components thermally protected from the skin. The garment is bar-tacked at all stress points and features a one-way heavy-duty #5 brass zipper on aramid tape. Additional storage is provided by two curved waist pockets, one coin pocket on the right side, and two rear hip patch pockets, along with a copper jeans button at the front waistband. It is dual-certified to NFPA 70E (ASTM F1506) and NFPA 2112-2023 standards. The zipper design minimizes catch hazards, as it ends at the bottom of the garment. This product is designed for extended life, being reusable and launderable, thereby reducing overall costs and environmental impact. It falls under PPE category 2, with the NFPA identifying various FR hazardous risk category levels ranging from PPE 1 to PPE 4, based on the required minimum arc ratings from 4 to 40 cal/cm² respectively.
