The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add on with wire shelving is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage and supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments with rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through racks easily, thus improving fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability. This boltless shelving system is easy to assemble with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. Its open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility, and it can be easily expanded by joining multiple units for increased stability using less construction effort than bolting two starter units together.
