The SuperCombo® Open End features specially designed grooves that direct wrench force away from fastener corners, while the SuperTorque™ Box Opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. Meeting aerospace specification AS 954 for 12 point fasteners, it provides an accurate torque/tension relationship for precision application on all common hex (6 point) fasteners. With identical box and open end openings, this wrench increases hand tool flexibility and economy.
