The SuperCombo® open end has specially designed grooves that direct wrench force away from fastener corners, while the SuperTorque™ box opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. This set meets aerospace specification AS 954 for 12 point fasteners, providing an accurate torque/tension relationship for precision applications. It can be used on all common hex (6 point) fasteners, offering advantages over conventional box end wrenches to increase hand tool flexibility and economy.
