The SuperCombo® Open End wrench kit includes specially designed grooves that direct wrench force away from fastener corners, while the SuperTorque™ Box Opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. This kit meets or exceeds aerospace specification AS 954 for 12 point fasteners, providing an accurate torque/tension relationship for precision application. It may be used on all common hex (6 point) fasteners with considerable advantage over conventional box end wrenches, increasing hand tool flexibility and economy.
