The Supercombo® open end wrench in this kit has specially designed grooves to direct wrench force away from fastener corners, while the Supertorque™ box opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. This tool meets or exceeds aerospace specification AS 954 for 12 point fasteners to provide an accurate torque/tension relationship. It can be used on all common hex fasteners with considerable advantage over conventional box end wrenches, increasing hand tool flexibility and economy. The box and open end openings are identical, and the dimensions are specified with the package.
