The kit includes a Supercombo® open end with specially designed grooves to direct wrench force away from fastener corners, as well as a Supertorque™ box opening design that allows for higher torque without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. This tool meets or exceeds Aerospace Specification AS 954 for 12-point fasteners to provide an accurate torque/tension relationship for precision application. It can be used on all common hex (6-point) fasteners with considerable advantages over conventional box end wrenches, increasing hand tool flexibility and economy. Both box and open end openings are identical, ensuring consistent performance.
