The SuperCombo® open end features specially designed grooves to direct wrench force away from fastener corners. The SuperTorque™ box opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. The wrench applies forces on the flat surfaces behind the points, meeting or exceeding aerospace specification AS 954 for 12 point fasteners. This ensures an accurate torque/tension relationship for precision applications. The wrench can be used on all common hex (6 point) fasteners, offering considerable advantage over conventional box end wrenches by increasing hand tool flexibility and economy. The box and open end openings are identical. This kit includes all necessary components for various applications and comes with a warranty for added assurance.
