The Supercombo® Open End wrench features specially designed grooves to direct wrench force away from fastener corners, while the Supertorque™ Box Opening design allows for higher torque application without rounding or deforming hex fastener points. The wrench can be used on all common hex (6 point) fasteners with advantages over conventional box end wrenches, increasing hand tool flexibility and economy. No contact is made at the corners, with wrenching forces placed on the flat surfaces behind the points.
