The system features tankless engines stacked vertically for the Demand Duo™ 2V model to deliver redundancy and prevent "no hot water" events, enhancing commercial reliability. It has a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 0.98 and operates within a range of 15,000 BTU (4.3 kW) minimum to 398,000 BTU (116.6 kW) maximum. This indoor unit offers up to twice the lifespan of most traditional tanks and ensures a continuous supply of hot water while maintaining a compact size to fit various spaces.
