The Rinnai® Demand Duo™ H-Series is a high-performance, high-efficiency hot water system designed to reduce cost of ownership and save commercial space. It features hybrid technology with tankless engines stacked vertically for redundancy, preventing "no hot water" events. The unit has a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 0.98 and operates within a range of 15,000 BTU (4.3 kW) minimum to 398,000 BTU (116.6 kW) maximum. Intended for indoor use, it offers up to twice the lifespan of most tanks and a compact size suitable for various spaces. Key features include a digital display, energy usage tracking, freeze protection, a glass-lined tank, overheat protection, a temperature pressure relief valve, WiFi connectivity, and Ultra Lonox technology. The system comes with warranty terms provided by Rinnai.
