The waterers include an industry-exclusive self-cleaning valve body that handles hard water deposits and calcium buildup without additional filtration, and a newly re-designed non-siphoning float valve that prevents backflow, suitable for use with pressure lines ranging from 25 to 55 p.s.i. The premium poly construction is corrosion-free, eliminating concerns about rust, warping, or denting. A safe, low-wattage infrared heat pad isolated from the drinking basin provides automatic temperature control, activating below 42°F and shutting off above 73°F to ensure low-maintenance operation. Installation is simplified with included anchor points, while superior UV protection maintains color vibrancy and structural integrity for years of outdoor use. Maintenance is easy with a removable drain plug for quick draining and cleaning. This versatile size model is ideal for mixed pasture operations and provides easy access to various livestock. Replacement heat pads are available separately. For water pressures outside the 25-55 p.s.i. range, a high-pressure regulator is required above 55 p.s.i., and a low-pressure regulator is required below 25 p.s.i.
