The Frontier Gates from Behlen Country are designed to adapt to livestock needs of various sizes, suitable for horses, cattle, smaller animals, yards, gardens, driveways, and everyday containment applications. The gate's outer frame and top support bar are made from 1-5/8" diameter high-quality steel tubing for daily use and durability, featuring fully welded 360° construction to prevent moisture intrusion and enhance strength. It includes 2" x 4" wire mesh to prevent smaller animals from slipping through while maintaining visibility, making it ideal for small animals and low-density livestock containment. Behlen Country offers a wide range of sizes, colors, and finishes. Wire-filled gates are not recommended for heavy-crowding applications. All gates are 4" shorter than the listed width to allow space for hardware, installation, and clearance. Adjustable bolt-on hinges allow for mounting on the left or right side, suitable for pairing gates or unique installation needs, and composite caps finish the gate by sealing out moisture, bugs, grit, and grime. Suggested uses include containment for smaller livestock such as sheep, goats, and miniature breeds, horse paddocks and dry lots, cattle pastures for beef and dairy cattle, poultry runs, and pet protection.
