Behlen Country's Frontier Max gates are the heaviest wire mesh gates on the market, designed for demanding livestock areas, combining strength with superior performance. These ultra-durable gates are crafted with heavy 16-gauge steel tubing in both the frame and top support bar, providing superior strength under high-stress applications. All joints and seams feature 360° welds, which prevent moisture intrusion and add additional strength and stability. The gate includes a 2" x 4" wire mesh made from ultra-heavy 5-gauge wire to prevent smaller animals from escaping while maintaining visibility. The gates come ready to hang with extra strong hardware, including 3/4" x 12" bolt hooks designed to drill through a post, preventing sagging and allowing for easy adjusting and leveling. Each gate is 4" shorter than the listed width to accommodate hardware, installation, and clearance. Composite caps finish the gate smoothly, helping to keep moisture, bugs, grit, and grime out of the tubing. Adjustable bolt-on hinges allow mounting from the left or right side, suitable for pairing gates or unusual installations.
