The Frontier gates from Behlen Country are designed to adapt to various livestock needs, suitable for horses, cattle, and smaller animals. The gates feature an outer frame and top support bar made from 1-5/8" diameter high-quality steel tubing, ensuring durability for daily use. Fully welded 360° construction prevents moisture intrusion and enhances strength. The 2" x 4" wire mesh design prevents smaller animals from escaping while maintaining good visibility. These gates are ideal for small animal and low-density livestock containment and should not be used in heavy-crowding applications. All gates are 4" shorter than the listed width to allow space for hardware, proper clearance, and installation. Adjustable bolt-on hinges enable mounting from either left or right, allowing pairing or adapting to unique installation situations. Composite caps finish the gates smoothly, preventing moisture, bugs, grit, and grime from entering tubing. Suggested uses include small animal containment such as sheep, goats, and miniature breeds; horse paddocks and dry lots; cattle pastures for beef and dairy cattle; poultry runs; and pet protection.
