The AgStar gate is the heavyweight champion of heavy-duty gates designed for high-pressure environments, providing maximum confinement (Level 3) for large animals in heavy confinement areas. It features rock solid construction with heavy-gauge, high-quality steel and 2" diameter steel tubing, engineered to withstand the high stress of crowding livestock. All joints and seams are fully welded with 360° welds to prevent moisture intrusion and enhance strength and durability. The gate is hot-dipped galvanized with a thick zinc coating for superior strength and resilience. Heavy-duty hinges ensure easy installation and long-term stability, while vertical Z-bracing on gates 8' wide and larger adds extra structural integrity. A welded chain latch with an included snap chain adds security. All gates are 4" shorter than the listed width to provide space for hardware, installation, and proper clearance. Suggested uses include cattle handling, horse paddocks, breeding pen entrances, feedlot sections, and livestock loading areas, ensuring a robust and secure enclosure or entry point suitable for demanding livestock management environments.
