The Agstar Max collared hinge gates from Behlen Country are engineered with heavier gauge, high-quality steel and designed for the high stress of crowding livestock areas. Featuring 2" diameter steel tubing for maximum durability and reliability, these gates include vertical Z-bracing for extra strength and structural integrity on all gates 8' wide and larger. All joints and seams are fully welded with 360° welds to keep out moisture and add strength and stability. The gates have a powder-coat finish that extends their lifespan, and composite caps that prevent moisture, bugs, grit, and grime from entering the tubing. Each gate is 4" shorter than the listed width to allow space for hardware, installation, and proper clearance. The Level 3 maximum confinement design handles large animals in heavy confinement areas with enhanced security through collared hinges that provide tamper-resistant protection, making it virtually impossible to remove the gate from its hinges. The welded chain latch adds additional security, and a snap chain is included. The gates come ready to hang with all mounting hardware included for easy installation. Suggested uses include cattle handling, horse paddocks, breeding pen entrances, and feedlot sections. Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer.
