The Lowest Cost Spill Containment Pallet offers effective spill containment for 55-gallon drums while providing increased flexibility for storage and shipping. Unlike traditional bulky spill containment units, this model replaces the rigid linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) sump with a heavy-duty, 18 oz. PVC fabric sump that folds or rolls down easily, significantly reducing the unassembled size for easier, more economical storage and transport. Once assembled, the flexible Ultra-Spill Pallet® functions identically to standard hard-walled spill pallets by capturing leaks from drums placed on the grating. The grating is supported by a ribbed, polyethylene horizontal deck/platform with interconnecting load-bearing walls, ensuring structural integrity. This design meets EPA regulations for spill containment capacity. The unit helps save an average of 60% on shipping costs and provides economical, reliable containment with durable materials.
