The Ultra-Spill King® is a four-drum spill containment pallet that combines spill containment with material handling by integrating a forkliftable top pallet and a forkliftable bottom sump. The spill containment pallet features a removable top grate with 4-way forklift access, allowing drums to be moved independently of the sump, which is also 4-way forkliftable. Recessed drum rings molded into the top grate prevent drums from moving or shifting during transport. The containment sump has an 85-gallon capacity, exceeding EPA and SPCC requirements for storing 55-gallon drums. Constructed from rugged linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the pallet supports a static load capacity of 6,500 pounds. The design enables placement of Spill King basins in strategic areas, facilitating easy rotation and replacement of drums using the forkliftable deck. Drums can also be safely double-stacked to optimize floor space; however, only 55-gallon steel drums of equal height are permitted on the lower level, while polyethylene drums are allowed exclusively on the upper level.
