The ultra-modular IBC Spill Pallet® is designed to meet EPA regulations with low-cost spill containment for multiple IBC tanks, totes, or tanks while efficiently using space. Each heavy-duty spill pallet supports a uniform distributed load of 9,000 lbs and has a containment capacity of 75 gallons, measuring 62" x 62" x 8.75". Multiple pallets can be connected using two 1.25-inch diameter "flow-through" bulkhead fittings per connection, allowing spills to be channeled throughout the system and enabling pallets and expansion tanks to share containment capacity. To increase containment, a 65-gallon capacity expansion tank is available. The spill pallets are constructed from 100% polyethylene, which eliminates rust and corrosion concerns and provides excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of acids, solvents, and oils. This modular design offers an economical and space-saving spill containment solution that complies with regulatory requirements.
