EXAIR's® compressed air operated 110 gallon reversible drum vac system attaches quickly to any closed head 110 gallon steel drum and is powered by compressed air to fill a 110 gallon drum in less than four minutes. The system includes a two-way stainless steel pump assembly with a 1/4 NPT connection, an automatic safety shutoff valve to prevent spills or overfilling, a 10' (3M) flexible vacuum hose with a 1-1/2" (38mm) inside diameter and a 90° quick release elbow connection, and one aluminum wand (drum not included). The reversible drum vac uses no electricity and contains no moving parts, ensuring maintenance-free operation. It features built-in pressure and vacuum relief, is compact and portable, and installs quickly to fit standard closed head drums. The system is suitable for applications including coolant sumps, food processing, lathes, floor cleanup, EDM machines, pits, screw machines, machining centers, and tanks.
