These thermostat-controlled systems are designed for efficient operation by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels, making them suitable for fluctuating heat loads caused by environmental or seasonal changes. The standard thermostat control includes an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C). The compact NEMA 12 cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA rating of the electronic enclosure. The systems are UL listed and CE compliant, providing a low-cost, reliable method to cool and purge electronic control panels using a vortex tube that produces cold air from compressed air without moving parts.
