NEMA 12 (IP54) Cabinet Cooler® Systems are designed for dust-tight, oil-tight protection in general industrial environments where no liquids or corrosives are present. These dirt, dust, and oil resistant systems feature thermostat control that activates the cooler only when internal temperatures near critical levels, optimizing air use. The standard thermostat is factory set at 95°F (35°C), and sound levels are measured with an optional cold muffler installed. The compact cabinet cooler installs in minutes through a standard electrical knockout and maintains the NEMA 12 rating of the enclosure. All units are UL listed and CE compliant, utilizing a vortex tube technology to produce cold air from compressed air with no moving parts. They provide cooling capacities up to 5,600 BTU/hr. (1,641 watts), operate quietly, stabilize enclosure temperature and humidity, and eliminate the need for fans and filters. Suitable for use in programmable controllers, line control cabinets, motor control centers, relay panels, NC/CNC systems, modular control centers, CCTV cameras, computer cabinets, cool laser housings, and electronic scales, they help prevent nuisance tripping, heat damage, circuit drift, and production loss while protecting against dirt and dust.
